Where there is a little magic in every animal
Where there is a little magic in every animal
Our daughter Isla (6) inspired the farm. She was drawn to the outdoors from the moment she could walk and talk. At 2 years of age she asked for a farm. She showed us Scottish Highlands with her tablet on Youtube Kids and the rest is history. We are grateful to raise our 2 girls (Isla and Roa Medina) with the life lessons that come along with farming.
Montana grew up with an appreciation for nature. Her grandparents worked farm land as well as her father. They both got out of farming prior to Montana's birth in hopes that she would never have to work that hard. She has always felt drawn to the land. When her mother got sick with cancer, her animals were the only thing that kept her sane. She is most thankful to pay homage to her ancestors and agriculture.
Daniel was the true inspiration to where the farm is today. Daniel is a legal immigrant from Honduras who married Montana on a fiancé visa and moved to America. Montana and Daniel had never worked cattle, but their kids have always come first. Daniel traveled the nation with Montana researching the breed. His greatest passion is breeding "the good ones" and sharing them with his community and on social media. He loves sharing anything agriculture in hope others will be inspired to follow their dreams even if they don't seem attainable.
